Blog Revival?
I’m thinking if I should revive this blog. It seems like blogging is being replaced by facebook and twitter and no one blogs anymore. But somehow I think that there is a need for me to document my life here in LA in more detail.
So far i’m still feeling tired all day due to that damn jet lag. Orientation starts on Monday and the truth is, I’m a little nervous. It’s like moving so fast and all of a sudden I’m back to school again after a 2 year hiatus. I went to Target to day with Alan to buy stationary, bed sheets, pillows, etc and it was really surreal buying stationary again after using SAF stationary for 2 years. It was like I couldn’t really think or decide what to buy because I was so lost. I definitely need to get back the rigor of schooling.
I just got my mac yesterday! And it’s really awesome having a laptop finally. Like Luo Er said, I have joined the cult of mac users! :)
It’s been a long time since I came around, It’s been a long time since I’m back in town…
By the way, to those who do not know, I’m actually staying at my brother’s apartment now until I move into campus. It’s actually only 10 minutes from school! I’m quite excited about moving into campus actually even though I think it’ll take me some time to get used to campus living.
I’m definitely missing everyone back in Singapore already. But Facebook and Twitter (and Tumblr) are helping to ease it. Update your online life more often, people!
I read that GaGa’s in LA now, in a studio apparently. Maybe I should go stalk her.
